Mr. Sharma has pointed out that, pursuant to the order dated 20 2025, the Petitioner has shared with Defendant Nos.1 and 2 a draft agreement which was to be executed in terms of the said order. He submits that there is, however, insistence on the part of Defendant Nos.1 and 2 that the agreement to be entered into as per the standard format of agreements executed with other flat purchasers from the year 2005 onwards. He submits that this is plainly untenable.

Given the fact that the rights of the parties and what is required to be th August contained in the agreement is now circumscribed by the order dated 20 2025.

Ms. Monis, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Defendant Nos.1 and 2, seeks time, submitting that this draft agreement has been served upon her client only yesterday. Given that there is still much left to be decided in terms of what would constitute the said agreement.
