When the matter is called out, Dr. Saraf, learned Senior Counsel appears for the Petitioner and submits that although with some difficulty undertaking furnished to this Court has been complied with and that this Court may, therefore, direct the Respondent to continue to furnish information in terms of Annexure-A on a monthly basis and also direct the Prothonotary & Senior Master to return / refund Rs. 1,83,78,829/- along with accrued interest to the Petitioner. Mr. Techedath, learned Counsel appears for the Respondent has no objection.

Having heard the learned Senior Counsel and learned Counsel and having considered their submissions, the following order is passed:-
ORDER
(i) The Prothonotary & Senior Master is directed to return / refund Rs. 1,83,78,289/- along with accrued interest to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks.
(ii) The Respondent to continue to furnish to the Petitioner by the 10th of every month the information in terms of Annexure-A as per order dated 6th April, 2026.

The Contempt Petition and the connected Commercial Execution Application to accordingly stand disposed.
