Mr.Rahul Theckedath, learned Counsel, appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, undertakes that before the end of this month viz. by 30th April 2026, the Respondent undertakes to furnish information as per Annexure A which is tendered across the bar and which is marked "X" for the purposes of identification. The undertaking is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. 3.

Let the information in terms of Annexure A be furnished to the Applicant by 30th April 2026 and thereafter on a monthly basis as per Annexure A which has been taken on record as above. 4.
