Despite executing the Consent Terms dated 19.09.2025, grievance of Applicant / Original Petitioner is that the first installment of 30.10.2025 as contemplated by the terms in the schedule set out therein has not been paid and default thereof. 3.

In that view of the matter, an arguable case has been made out by Mr. Sheth for issuance of notice.

Hence, issue notice to Contemnors / Original Defendants. Humdast permitted.

In addition to Court notice, Applicant / Original Petitioner is permitted to serve copy of Interim Application, Contempt Petition and this order on Contemnors / Original Defendants and inform them about the next date of hearing by any permissible mode of service and file appropriate Affidavit of service with tangible proof thereof on or before the next date.

After receiving notice, Contemnors / Original Defendants are directed to take cognizance of this order and file their Affidavit-inReply within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the same shall be served on the other side in advance.

Stand over to 15th April 2026. To be placed under the caption 'For Directions' to enable Defendants to address the Court about its stand.
