This is a Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation of the Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the arbitral tribunal. By Minutes of Meeting dated January 13, 2025, it is evident that the parties have agreed that they will get the mandate extended. 2.

Consequently, the mandate of the arbitral tribunal is extended by a period of six months, as prayed, i.e., until July 21, 2025. The Petition is finally disposed of.
