Learned Senior Counsel on behalf of the Petitioner has tendered draft amendments to deal with the termination notice dated
March 22, 2025, whereby the respective license agreements have been terminated after these petitions were filed. Consequently, it will be appropriate to allow these amendments so that the Respondent has notice about the nature of attack to the termination notice. 2.
The amendments shall be carried out by the Petitioner forthwith in any event no later than April 7, 2025. The replies to the Petitions may factor in the draft amendments tendered today as if the Petition has been amended and the reply shall be filed no later than April 15, 2025. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed no later than April 21, 2025. 3.
Tag and list on April 22, 2025 on the "Supplementary Board". 4.
In all these petitions, the identical activity of carrying out amendments and filing of the reply and rejoinder within the deadlines stipulated above shall be carried out. These Petitions shall be tagged and be listed along with Commercial Arbitration Petition No. 219 of 2025 on the next date.

Commercial Arbitration Petition (L) No. 10397 of 2025 pertains to licensing of a restaurant in the same premises at the Juhu Airport. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that no amendment is necessitated since this Petition has been filed after termination. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petition is already served. The same deadlines for the reply and rejoinder shall apply to this Petition as well. Tag and list on April 22, 2025.
