All the parties are said to be present today and Learned Counsel tender a copy of the executed Consent Terms dated May 6, 2025 by which disputes and differences between the parties have been resolved. A copy of the Consent Terms is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. 2.

Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that there is nothing in the Consent Terms which is contrary in law. Consequently, undertakings contained in the Consent Terms be treated as an undertaking given to the Court.

The Petition stands finally disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.
