Liberty is granted to the Respondent to file a reply no later than October 17, 2025. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed no later than November 6, 2025.

According to the Learned Counsel for the Respondent, the plan envisaged in the earlier agreement is not feasible and is inconsistent with the Development Control Regulations now invoked. He has instructions to submit that should the Petitioner be willing to sign a new supplementary agreement which has been signed by other tenants in the same property, all disputes could be put to an end including payment of errors of transit rent.
