1) Respondent No.1 was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- within a period of two weeks vide order dated 10 July 2025. Respondent No.1 has filed affidavit in the Petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 giving an undertaking to make the said deposit. However, there is consistent non-appearance on behalf of Respondent No.1. It appears that Mr.Devsingh H. Deora, the learned counsel has filed VP on behalf of Respondent No.1. However, the Advocate engaged by Respondent No.1 has also consistently failed to appear before the Court.
