In the appearance column, the appearance for the Petitioner is corrected to read as "Mr. Bahraiz Irani (through VC) a/w. Anosh Irani and Amit Padwal i/b Afrin Dalal, for Petitioner.". 3.

The rest of the aforesaid order remains unaltered. The original order shall be corrected and made available to the parties. 4.

The praecipe stands disposed of.
