DATED : 28th NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C:- The learned counsel is under instructions to seek withdrawal of the Petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as it is informed that the disputes and differences arising out of Facility-cumHypothecation Agreement is settled between the parties. Accepting the above-said statement, the Court Receiver appointed by order dated 30/07/2025 stand discharged by accepting Court Receiver Report No.428/2025 which seek discharge of the Court Receiver without drawing accounts, but on payment of costs, charges, and expenses.
