This is a Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act").

The Petitioner shall bring a compilation of minutes of meeting/hearing held before the arbitral tribunal to enable the Court to get a sense of the stage of the proceedings. Such minutes ought to have been appended to the petition but they are missing. Permitting him to bring the same, stand over to August 8, 2025.
