It would be appropriate to call for a Reply. Let such reply to be filed no later than September 9, 2025. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed no later than September 16, 2025. Stand over to September 23, 2025. 2.

Meanwhile, it is felt appropriate to refer the parties to the mediation. The Advocates for the parties shall guide them to appear before the Mediation Centre by 12 noon on September 8, 2025, and the Mediation Centre shall issue instructions to the parties on how to proceed further.
