This is an application under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act"), seeking an extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which expired on April 26, 2025. 2.

After the notification that the matter proceeded ex-parte, it is stated that the Respondent had filed an application under Section 16 of the Act only in March 2025 and in the month, the mandate had expired. 3.

In these circumstances, the request for extension of the mandate deserves to be allowed. The mandate of the arbitral tribunal is extended by August 14, 2025 Shraddha
