Owing to error in the description of the Petition number in the praecipe, what is listed today is a disposed of Petition filed earlier. Learned Advocate for the parties have no dispute about taking on board the Petition currently filed, which is Commercial Arbitration Petition (L) No.9316 of 2026 filed under Section 29A of the Act. The same is taken on board.

In these circumstances, taking into account the stage at which the Arbitral proceedings are placed, the captioned Petitions are finally disposed of extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal until October 30, 2026.
