Commercial Arbitration No.685 of 2025 is sought to be revived on the premise that the statements made when the matter was disposed of on September 18, 2025, converting the Petition into an Application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act"), were incorrect.

It is common ground that the Learned Arbitral Tribunal heard the parties on October 1, 2025. However, it is the case of the Petitioner that he discovered that the earlier statements were wrong after the said by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:
