By way of a praecipe, a request was made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated September 16, 2025 to correct the error. The matter was reviewed in Chambers and this order is passed. 2.

Paragraph No.1 of the said order be corrected and read as follows:- "Commercial Arbitration Petition No.728 of 2025 is stood over to September 29, 2025. To come up along with MAY 9, 2025 Aarti Palkar

CARBPL.28798.2025.doc corresponding Section Application [CARAPL/28764/2025]."

Line No.6 of Paragraph 3 of the said order be corrected and read as under :- "With the aforesaid directions, CARAPL/28798/2025, CARAPL/28774/2025 & CARAPL/28801/2025 are finally disposed of."

Registry is directed to restore Commercial Arbitration Application (L) No.28764 of 2025.

The rest of the aforesaid order remains unaltered. The original order shall be corrected and made available to the parties. The praecipe stands disposed of accordingly.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order, shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
