This is a Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking an extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which expired on August 9, 2025.

Today, when the matter is called out, Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that the matter proceeded ex parte before the Arbitral Tribunal. Therefore, bearing in mind the stage at which the arbitral proceedings are placed, they jointly request for an extension of ASHWINI JANARDAN VALLAKATI ASHWINI JANARDAN VALLAKATI Date: 2026.02.02 12:25:29 +0530 mandate by a period of six months.

In these circumstances, taking into account the stage at which the Arbitral proceedings are placed, this Petition is finally disposed of extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of six months rounded upto July 31, 2026.
