By way of a praecipe, a request was made for speaking to the minutes of the Order dated October 6, 2025, to correct errors. The matter was reviewed in Chambers and this order is passed. 2.

In the last sentence of paragraph 5 of the order, after the word, "invoice" insert the words, "dated July 24, 2025 (Exhibit J to the Petition)".

Paragraph No. 6 of the Order is corrected to read as follows : "The amount shall be kept in a fixed deposit and shall abide by the outcome in the arbitration proceedings in relation to Charter Party dated July 8, 2025. It is made clear that the reference to arbitration is not only in terms of the Charter Party covered by the captioned October 15, 2025 Shraddha

CARBP-753-2025-SPM.doc Petition, but also a Charter Party dated May 5, 2025. It is made clear that the two Charter Parties are distinct and separate contracts and purely for convenience, the two reference are made to the same Arbitral Tribunal." 4.

The rest of the aforesaid order remains unaltered. The original order shall be corrected and made available to the parties. 5.

The praecipe stands disposed of.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order, shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
