By an Order dated September 12, 2025, ad-interim reliefs had been granted in terms of deposit sought under prayer clause (a). It is the case of Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Respondent is absconding and he is not able to engage with them. 3.

Towards this end, this Petition has been filed and the Petitioner seeks a limited relief in terms of symbolic possession moulded in prayer clause (c).

It is also submitted that the Section 11 Application No.458 of 2025 has been filed.

List the Section 11 Application being Application No.458 of 2025 on November 16, 2025.

Meanwhile, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) as moulded below is hereby granted.

c. "The Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay or any other fit and proper person be appointed as Receiver shall take symbolic possession in respect of the hypothecated machine/equipment that is "(1 No.) MTGPQ2436 Flat Glass Tempering Machine Name of the Supplier : D.S. Enterprises Name of the Manufacturer: Luoyang Mountain Intelligent Equipment Co. Ltd." with all powers under Order XL Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908;"
