This is a Petition filed under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 seeking production of documents as set out in Exhibit 'A' to the Petition. It is seen from the record that, by an order dated April 22, 2022, the Learned Arbitrator has partly allowed the request for production of various documents sought to be brought on record. Thereafter, by an order dated August 5, 2025, liberty was granted by this Court under Section 27 of the Act to seek production of all documents mentioned at pages 336 of the Petition, namely, serial Nos.1 to 21, 22 to 30, 41 to 74, 75 to 104, 108, 109, 110 to 116, 118, 130 to Digitally signed by ASHWINI JANARDAN VALLAKATI Date:
2025.11.20 11:23:14 +0530 ASHWINI JANARDAN VALLAKATI 133 of Annexure 'N' to the application.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that Exhibit 'A' is in conformity with the aforesaid directions given by the arbitrator. Therefore, since the arbitrator has already applied his mind and specifically allowed only certain documents to be produced, Registry shall issue summons to have the documents produced before the Learned Arbitral Tribunal. The addresses of the arbitral tribunal is as under:- Mr. Akash Rebello, an advocate, having his office address at:
11-A, 1st Floor, Examiner Press Building, 35, Dalal Street, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001.

The Petitioner shall have liberty to inform the Registry about the date of hearing fixed by the Learned Arbitral Tribunal, and the date by which the documents shall be produced before the Learned Arbitral Tribunal. Such intimation shall be made within a period of one week from the date of upload of this order. Learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 submits that he should be permitted to file a reply to this Petition. In my opinion, this is wholly unnecessary since Respondent No.1 has been heard by the arbitrator before a decision was taken to produce the documents. 5.
This Petition is finally disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.
All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
