None appears for the Respondents. On 18 February 2026, Ms. Savina Bedi had appeared for Respondent Nos.1 and 2. As a matter of fact, on 26 March 2026, Ms. Bedi had mentioned the present Petition seeking extension of time for filing of Affidavit-in-Reply. Accordingly, the Court Officer gave an endorsement for acceptance of Reply in the Registry. Mr. Wagle, however, submits that copy of the Reply has not been served on him. The Petition has been called out twice today when none has appeared on behalf of the Respondents. 2.

By way of indulgence, hearing of the Petition is deferred till 30 March 2026.
