Paragraph 4(D) of the order be deleted since the Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement has already been executed with the owner of the flat.

Since no role for the Court Receiver, the Court Receiver is discharged without the need of passing accounts subject to payment of fees in accordance with the Rules.
