For this purpose in addition to the pleadings raised in the petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, she is also desirous of placing reliance on various public documents, which has depicted the financial position of the respondent no.1. In absence of these documents on record, she seeks liberty to place them in form of a compilation. Needless to state, the documents on which she place reliance must also be furnished in advance to Mr. Tamboly. List on 8/01/2026.
