Considering the said development, Mr. Rohan Cama, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, seeks permission to amend the petition to implead new contractor, in whose favor the work order is issued and also carry out consequential amendments in that regard. Permission to amend is granted. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from the date on which the order is uploaded.

After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added Respondent, returnable within two weeks thereafter. In addition to Court notice, the Petitioner is permitted to serve the newly added Respondent by private notice by all means permissible in law and file an affidavit in service on or before the next date.

The Respondents are at liberty to file their affidavit-in-reply on or before the next date, with an advance copy to the Counsel for the Petitioner.
