Mr. Nankani, learned counsel for the Respondent, is at liberty to file Affidavit-in-Reply to the amended Petition which is to be served on him within a day of carrying out amendment. Affidavit-in-Reply be filed within a period of three days thereafter, if so desired, with an advance copy of the same served on the leaned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.

Mr. Caama states that he has already served a copy of the rejoinder to the Respondent. The said Rejoinder be filed in the Registry by tomorrow.
