This is a Petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking an extension of mandate of the Learned Arbitral Tribunal, which expired on November 10, 2025. 2.

In view of the e-mail annexed at Exhibit 'G' to the Petition, it is apparent that the parties have no grievance about the extension of mandate of the Learned Arbitral Tribunal.

In these circumstances, taking into account the stage at which the arbitral proceedings are placed, this Application is finally disposed of extending the mandate of the Learned Arbitral Tribunal for a period of nine months, rounding it up until September 30, 2026.
