This Petition has been filed seeking appointment of the substitute arbitrator.

Since the Learned Arbitrator has resigned from the matter, the case for substituting the new Arbitrator has been made out. 3.

Taking the aforesaid statement on record, the earlier Arbitrator is hereby substituted by Shradha Achliya, Learned Advocate of this Court as the substitute Sole Arbitrator.
