This is a Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking an extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which expired on October 20, 2025.

Today, when the matter is called out, learned advocate for the Petitioner submitted that this is their second extension and requested for an extension of mandate by a period of twelve months. An email from the advocates for the Respondent indicating their consent for extension is tendered across the bar, is marked "X" and taken on record. 3.

In these circumstances, taking into account the stage at which the Arbitral proceedings are placed, this Petition is finally December 17, 2025 Shraddha
