1) Mr. Varma, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, submits that conciliation proceedings are under way and efforts are being made to resolve the disputes and differences through conciliation. However, this Court cannot keep the petition pending indefinitely till the outcome of conciliation proceedings. The Respondent-National Highway Division shall conclude the conciliation proceedings within 2 weeks. List the Arbitration Petition for further consideration on 3 February 2026. 2) Ad-interim relief, granted earlier, shall continue to operate till the next date.
