The learned senior counsel tendered notes and inter alia contended that the impugned judgment dated 17th October 2025 (as modified by order dated 28th October 2025) is liable to be set aside and the matter may be sent back for a reconsideration of the petition under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
