In this Appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the Appellant has assailed the validity of the order dated 10 January 2025, by which the Petition filed by the Respondent under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been allowed and the award dated 14 October 2022 has been set aside principally on the ground that the Arbitral Tribunal was not properly constituted. 2.
