It is stated by the Applicant who was Respondent No. 1 in the original proceedings, that Respondent Nos.3 to 8 did not consent for arbitration. However, Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.6 to 8 who is present in Court today confirms that these Respondents were indeed represented. In any case, no credible ground for review has been made. Most importantly, Respondent No.1 was present when the Learned Arbitral Tribunal was appointed, and it is not for Respondent No. 1 to bring up the presence or absence of other respondents as a ground for review.
