Let the formalities be completed within a period of four weeks. 6.

Mr. Melanta, learned Counsel appears for the Respondents and submits that this Court has directed handing over the EMD of Rs. 3,60,00,000/- in favour of Karla Farms to the Advocate for the Respondents to be deposited in the account of Karla Farms. That although the amount is to be deposited, however, until the formalities with respect to the adjudication, Collector's permission and execution of the conveyance deed are completed, the said monies will not be withdrawn. The statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. 7.

The praecipe to accordingly stand disposed.
