After this matter has been argued by, Mr. Andhyarujina, learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant and responded by Mr. Cooper, learned Senior Counsel for the Respondents, it emerges that both the learned Senior Counsel after taking instructions have submitted that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties the Interim Application can be worked out, on the basis of the understanding that the auction of the subject property be held on the basis of the reserve price being Rs. 36 Crores on the same terms and conditions as the auction that was originally held pursuant to the order dated 8th April, 2021 read with the consent terms dated 18th September, 2019. Ordered accordingly.
