Mr. Tendulkar, learned Counsel appears for the Plaintiff and submits that payments in terms of the consent terms dated 12th February, 2025 have been received and that this Court may permit the Suit to be withdrawn.

Mr. Tendulkar submits that in view of the withdrawal of the Suit, the Contempt Petition that had been filed may also be disposed of. 3.

Mr. Dube learned Counsel appearing for the Defendant has no objection.

The Plaintiff has sought leave to withdraw the Commercial Admiralty Suit No. 7 of 2025 as well as connected Contempt Petition and the Interim Application. Leave is granted. The Commercial Admiralty Suit (L) No. 7 of 2025 as well as the connected Interim Application as well as the Contempt Petition stand disposed as withdrawn.

Refund of Court fees as per rules. For the purposes of Section 43 of the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959 and the proviso to that Section, today's date is the date of making a claim for repayment. The Prothonotary & Senior Master will issue a certificate for refund of Court fees computed according to the Rules and act on production of an authenticated copy of this order without requiring a separate application.
