Ms.Prachi Gharat, learned Counsel appearing for the Defendant Vessel submits that the payment has indeed been made and she has no objection if the Suit is allowed to be withdrawn and the Interim Application filed by the Defendant also be accordingly disposed. 4.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered their submissions, the Suit is disposed as withdrawn. The connected Interim Application also to stand accordingly disposed. 5.
