As parties have settled the matter, leave Petition is allowed. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiff submits that the Plaintiff and the Defendant have settled the matter and tenders consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The consent terms are signed by the constituted attorney of Plaintiff and the proprietor of Defendant. The proprietor is appearing through VC and his son - Sagar Lalwani is present in Court. The identify of Defendant is verified from his Aadhaar Card, copy of which Patil-SR 1 of

15 Comip-159-2025.doc is annexed to the consent terms. Copy of the board resolution of Plaintiff-Company is also annexed to the consent terms. 4.

As per consent terms, the Defendant has submitted to the decree on admission in terms of prayer Clauses (a) to (e) of the suit. In addition to other terms as stated in the consent terms, the Defendant who appears on V.C., reiterates the terms of the consent terms and submits that he understands the consequences of execution of consent terms. The statements made in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings given to this Court. There shall be decree on admission in terms of prayer Clauses (a) to (e) of the suit. Decree be drawn up accordingly.

The charges, costs and expenses of the Court Receiver to be paid by Plaintiff within 7 days of being called upon by the office of Court Receiver.
