The consent terms are tendered which are taken on record and marked X for identification. Consent terms are executed by the legal representative of the Plaintiff and Director of the Defendant. The board resolution is annexed to the consent terms. The legal Director of the Defendant is present virtually and reiterates the terms of the Vishal Parekar 1 of

Suit is decreed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). Decree be drawn up accordingly. Refund of Court fees as per rules. 4.

Statement made in the consent terms is accepted as undertaking given to this Court.

Interim Application do not survive for consideration and stands disposed of.
