The Suit was mentioned and since, the Court was informed that the amicable settlement has been arrived at and the Consent Terms are ready, the matter is taken up on the Production Board at 3.00 p.m. Learned counsel for the parties have tendered the Consent Terms.

2/3 502 COMIP-453-25.odt The Consent Terms are signed by Mr.Shreyas Trivedi, the Company Secretary of the Plaintiff and learned counsel Mr.Kane submits that he has personally verified the authority of the Company Secretary. The Consent terms have also been signed by one Mr.Anumanthu Satyanarayana, who is the Proprietor of the Defendant. He is personally present in the Court and is identified by his Advocate. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The Suit stands disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. Learned counsel for the Defendant undertakes to file the vakalatnama within a period of one week.

In view of the disposal of the Suit, the Court Receiver's Report is disposed of. The Court Receiver stands discharged without passing of accounts. All costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver to be paid by the Plaintiff within a period of eight (8) days of demand being raised by the Officer of the Court Receiver.
