Pursuant to order of 2nd February, 2026, Court Receiver's Report is tendered and is taken on record.

The Interim Applications are already disposed of on the earlier occasions.

Learned counsel appearing for Defendant, on instructions, of Defendant who is present in Court submits that the suit can be disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) of the Plaint. He submits that the Defendant has already discontinued the use of the impugned mark/trade dress and the only issue which remains is as Sairaj 1 of
28 COMIP-688-2025.doc regards the placement of descriptive material. He submits that the Defendant would change the font and placement of descriptive material on the Defendant's product. He submits to Decree on admission in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) of the Plaint. 4.
In light of the above, suit is decreed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) of the Plaint.

Refund of Court-fees as per rules.
