This Court is informed that the dispute has been settled between the parties.

The Consent Terms are tendered which are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the constituted attorney of the Plaintiff and by Director of Defendant. The Director of the Defendant is present personally and reiterates the terms of the Consent Terms. He submits to decree on admission in Sairaj 1 of
902 COMIP-716-2025.doc terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the plaint. The statements made in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertaking given to this Court. The Board Resolutions are annexed to the Consent Terms.

The suit is decreed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the Plaint.

Court Receiver's Report is disposed of. Court Receiver is discharged without passing of accounts. All costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver to be paid by Plaintiff within period of eight days upon demand being raised by Court Receiver. 5.
In view of above, nothing survives for consideration in pending applications, if any, and the same stand disposed of. Leave Petition No. 226 of 2025 :

As the suit has been settled between the parties, Leave Petition is allowed.
