1.

Today, Mr. Mehta appeared on behalf of the Respondent- Controller of Patents and made a request for time, since the request for time was made on a personal ground, learned counsel Khandekar did not oppose the same. 2.

Mr. Mehta had a primary ground as to the maintainability of the Petition on jurisdiction. He also submitted that on the next occasion he would like to urge this ground first, for which purpose he would be placing reliance on certain case laws to facilitate this hearing, before the next date. 3.

Let Mr. Mehta submit a brief written submission stating objection along with accompanying judgments upon which he will be placing the reliance and also serve the same upon the Petitioner.
