By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 10th February 2025, whereby the respondent i.e. the Registrar of Trade Marks has SHRIKANT SHRINIVAS MALANI held that the application for registration of trademark moved on behalf of the SHRIKANT SHRINIVAS MALANI Date: 2025.03.28 14:32:07 +0530 petitioner was deemed to be abandoned.

The learned counsel, having instructions to appear on behalf of the respondent, seeks a short adjournment to take instructions. 3.

In view of the above, reply affidavit, if any, on behalf of respondent be placed on record on or before 17th April 2025. 4.
