Mr. Iyer, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant, points out
3/3 that since the entire amount in respect of the Dentsu Arbitration has been paid, the Arbitral Award can be passed.

Mr. Master submits that in the event the parties comply with the directions of the learned Arbitrator, the Arbitrator has no hesitation in proceeding with the Arbitration and passing a final Award. 5.
In view thereof, it is made clear that the Claimants shall, within a period of one week from today, file their written submissions. th July, 2026.

Time to pass Arbitral Award is extended till 30 7.
Mr. Sachin Agarwal, Director of Respondent No. 1-Company, who is present virtually, undertakes to the Court that the said payment Schedule shall be strictly adhered to.
