Ms. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks an extension of time under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. This is the first extension. I am informed that the award is ready. Learned counsel also points out that the matter has proceeded ex-parte. Hence, there is no question today of having to serve notice on the Respondents. 2.
