This application seeks condonation of delay of 49 days in filing the claim before the Official Liquidator.

Ms. Agarwal, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator fairly submits that insofar as condonation of delay is concerned, there is no objection provided that the claim is filed within a period of two weeks from today. She, however, clarifies that on filing of such claim, the same shall be considered on their merits.
