Perused the Interim Application. For the reasons stated therein, Interim Application deserves to be allowed in view of the fact that Petitioner has written letters to 4 Banks which are appended to the
P19. IA-102-26.odt Application seeking disclosure and details of the moneys held in bank accounts and over fixed deposits by the deceased. All 4 banks have not responded and replied to the letters written by Advocate on behalf of Petitioner. Petition is pending in this Court for issuance of grant and in order to complete the schedule of properties, said information is necessary.

In view of the above, Interim Application is allowed in terms prayer clauses (a) and (b) with direction to all Respondents to ensure that the details which are required as per prayer clause (a) shall be provided to the Petitioner by the Branch Manager of all 4 Banks within a period of four weeks from today.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order downloaded from the Bombay High Court website. 6.
Interim Application is allowed and disposed.
