Mr. Khan, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that despite service and despite the Respondents No.2 to 4 being represented on the last occasion neither any monies have been paid nor is there any proposal from the Applicant. That therefore this Court may grant disclosures in terms of prayer clause (a) and also an injunction in terms of prayer clause (b).

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered their submissions, this Court is of the view that disclosure in terms of prayer clause (a) be granted.

Let the disclosure on oath be filed within a period of four weeks.
