This Application is filed seeking substituted service of the Order dated 17th June 2025 passed by this Court upon the Respondent. 2.

I have gone through the Interim Application. The Interim Application gives sufficient reasons for allowing the Applicant to serve the said Order by substituted service.

In these circumstances, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:

"(a) The Applicant be permitted to complete the service of the Order dated 17th June, 2025 upon the Respondent through substituted service i.e. by way of issuing advertisement in daily English newspaper in the city of Chennai, and in daily newspaper in Tamil language being the newspapers circulating in the locality in which the Respondent is last known to have voluntarily resided under the provisions of Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908."

In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be no order as to costs.
